Biographical Sketch 

Mrs. Hall holds a M.S. in Transportation Planning and Management and B.S. Degree in Airway Computer Science (Aviation Science). Her experience includes Airport Management and Operations with the Houston Airport System and Aviation Security with the Federal Aviation Administration and the Transportation Security Administration. She plans to enter a Doctoral Program possibly at the University of Houston in the year of 2005.
