Objectives:
Objective 1:
Develop a methodology to evaluate the HEP and
HRGCP projects at the national level, and
develop a standardized process to evaluate
projects.
Objective 2: Summarize the types of improvement, and
analyze the adaptable conditions that each
type of improvement can be used for.
Objective 3: Analyze and evaluate the overall
effectiveness of HEP and HRGCP projects at the
national level, and conclude with some
recommendations.
